Registration and Immunizations
Thank you for choosing Corcoran Unified School District. If you are new to the area or have a child ready to enroll in school, we would like to welcome you to the CUSD family. This page provides information regarding our registration process as well as the documents you will need to get started.
First Time Enrollment
Enrollment for students new to the district is available. Our student handbook is located under the parent and student quick links on the Home page for your reference. We have included all other required forms on the side of this page for your convenience. If you have e-mail please use this link to begin the process. Returning Student Registration
There are two ways for you to update your child’s registration information. You can go to the school office, or you can do it online. To update their registration information online you will need to have an Aeries Parent Portal account which you would get from your child’s school. If you already have one you use this link to update their registration information.

All students enrolling in Corcoran Unified School District must present an immunization record with the required, age-appropriate immunizations according to the California Department of Health Services. We require students to be up-to-date on the following immunizations:
Parents wishing to sign a waiver or exemption for immunizations must contact the district nurse before enrolling.
