Welcome to Employment with Corcoran Joint Unified School District

Thank you for your interest in joining the Corcoran Joint Unified School District team. To ensure your application is considered, please submit all required attachments through your EdJoin profile. The following guidelines and resources will help you prepare and submit your documents properly.

Guidelines
  • Before submitting your EdJoin application, make sure all supporting documents are scanned and saved as PDF files.

  • Documents originally in Word or other formats should be converted to PDF before uploading. PDF is the preferred format for all attachments.

  • Hard copy documents (transcripts, signed letters of recommendation, certificates, etc.) must be scanned to PDF.

  • Each file must not exceed 1MB, and the total library of attachments cannot exceed 12MB.

  • Once uploaded, your documents will remain in your EdJoin library and can be attached to future applications. Remember to select the relevant attachments for each application you submit.

  • If you submit your application without attachments, you can add them later by logging into EdJoin, selecting “My Applications”, choosing the job posting, and clicking the paperclip icon to upload your documents. All documents must be submitted before the posting’s closing date to be considered.

If you do not have access to a scanner, consider these options:

  • Free online tools like iLovePDF

  • Microsoft Word allows you to Save As > PDF directly if you have a current version.

All applications for employment with Corcoran Joint Unified School District must be submitted through Edjoin.org. Incomplete applications will not be considered for any vacant position.

Current Employees:
Employees currently working in the same classification are eligible to apply through Edjoin. Employees interested in a promotion must submit their application using the internal, District-issued password and include one signed Letter of Interest.

Note: Only current employees are considered internal applicants. Current substitutes must apply as external candidates.
