Pay stubs show sick and vacation hours and are accessed via Employee Web.

Athletic stat sheets are issued to the HR department once signed by the accepted coach.  Athletic coaching contracts are paid with the November and May payroll.  Checks are mailed unless notification is received to Payroll.

As an employee of Corcoran Joint Unified School District, you are allowed to submit an unemployment claim to the Employment Development Department (EDD). However, it is at the discretion of the EDD whether you will be awarded any unemployment benefits.

Interested employees can submit interest by visiting Edjoin.org, completing a transfer form from the district office or submit a letter of interest.

There are several board policies that provide information as it relates to leaves. The board policies can be found here.

Doctor's notes should be turned in to their immediate supervisor or site secretary.  Sites will forward to the HR department.

Please provide a letter of resignation/retirement to your immediate supervisor. Contact the HR office once submitted for exit process.

All new hires to CJUSD have thirty (30) days to submit transcripts to their Human Resources department in order to determine proper salary placement.

The deadline for employees to submit transcripts is by November 1st. Any transcripts received after the deadline date will not affect your salary placement until the following year. All submitted documents, including transcripts, are reviewed and processed in accordance with the applicable language in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Given the high volume of materials received, we are unable to provide individual confirmations for every document that comes through to the HR department. However, please know that your request will be handled as part of our regular process, and we appreciate your patience while we complete the review.  Transcripts can be submitted electronically (HR@corcoranunified.com) or mailed to HR department at 1520 Patterson Ave., Corcoran 93212.

Units are listed on each individual certificated salary contract.  Units can be requested via the HR@corcoranunified.com email. A response will be provided within 3 days from the date of the received email.

Please log on to: www.ctc.ca.gov and then click on the link in the middle of the page titled “Renew/Apply Online.” Once renewed, send a confirmation of your renewed credential to the Human Resources Department.

Basic coverage questions should be directed to the health carrier first.  Additions/removals of dependents to the health plans can be directed to the HR Department. Information regarding the health plans can be found on the HR website page.

Worker's Comp paperwork can be obtained from your site secretary or by visiting the district office during normal business hours.

The fingerprinting fees are as follows:

• $32.00 DOJ Fee (billed to the district) 
• $17.00 FBI Fee (billed to the district)  
• Processing fees are designated based on the individual agency.  The volunteer is responsible for this fee and can be up to $30.00.

Fees can be paid with cash, money orders, or cashier’s check (payable to the agency). NO Debit or Credit Cards will be accepted.  LiveScan forms can be picked up at the District Office.
