Enrollment/Registration

The Aeries Online Enrollment tool allows you to quickly enroll your student into the Corcoran Joint Union School District. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's enrollment request will be sent to the school. To get started, read the steps below and then click on Begin Enrollment at the bottom of the page.

STEP ONE - Gather Documents

During the enrollment process, you will need to upload several documents. This process will require:

• Guardianship/Custody paperwork (if applicable)
• Address Verification (we accept a current utility bill for gas/water/electricity, driver's license or car registration)
• Birth Certificate (proof of student's age)
• Immunization Record (we can request from prior school if needed)
  • We require students to be up to date on the following immunizations:
    • DPT (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
    • Measles
    • Rubella
    • Mumps
    • Hepatitis B
    • Varicella (chicken pox)
    • Tdap booster is required for 7th–12th graders
• Prior School Transcripts (we can request from prior school if needed)

If you don't have these documents in an electronic format and you do not have access to a scanner, you can simply take a picture of the document and upload it that way. Just ensure the picture includes the whole document and is clear. You will not be able to submit your enrollment request without uploading the required documents.

You may also take all original documents directly to the school site to submit.

STEP TWO - Valid Email Address

You will need a valid email address in order to complete this process. If you do not have an email address, please click here to create a free Gmail account. 

Once you have completed all three steps you can start the enrollment process. Click on Begin Enrollment to access the Aeries Online Enrollment tool.

Begin Enrollment

• Family Information: Answer questions about foster care and military service. 
• Student Information: Review and update residence address, phone, and birth information. 
• Contacts: Add or edit emergency contacts for your student. 
• Medical Conditions: Update any relevant medical information. 
• Documents: Review and acknowledge various school and state-mandated documents. 
• Authorizations: Grant or deny permissions, such as a media release for your child's photo.
